- Monthly financial statements and variance analysis
- Oversee month- and year-end processes
- Ensure proper general ledger structure and accounts in ERP system
- Assist with annual budget process- collaborate with various departments to determine budgetary needs
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and all general ledger accounts for accuracy
- Review pricing inquiries, make recommendations, and participate in price increase planning and implementation
Preferred Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA preferred
- 4+ years accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and web-based accounting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
