Accounts Receivable Specialist

Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a client in Westerly, RI, seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibility of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Collections: Main focus of the role. This candidate will reach out to customers via phone and email to discuss overdue bills, follow up on payments, and create action plans for follow up
• Organize and Review Invoices: Read notes on accounts, review communication history, and gather relevant information from team members when necessary
• This role works closely with project managers and the overall accounting team to verify services provides, collect background information, and obtain any additional documentation requested by customers

Background Expected of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Bachelors degree or experience equivalent
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus

Salary Range:

$45,000 - $55,000
