Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Labor and Delivery Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: RN License Certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS Must-Have: Certified Surgical Tech experience in Women's Services Job Description: - Join a supportive labor and delivery team providing care in a dynamic environment with 10 Labor, Delivery, and Recovery rooms, 2 Post Anesthesia Care Unit beds, 2 Operating Rooms, 2 Triage rooms, and 2 Antepartum rooms.- Be part of a core night shift team, typically comprising 1 Charge Nurse Coordinator, 2 Registered Nurses, 1 Certified Surgical Technologist, and 1 Unit Clerk. Staffing increases with census.- Deliver high-quality care by adapting to changing needs quickly and efficiently while maintaining a detail-oriented approach.- Engage in typical procedures on the unit, including vaginal and Caesarean deliveries.- Wear hospital-provided light blue surgical scrubs as part of the dress code.- Benefit from working in a Magnet-designated facility known for its excellence.- Experience supportive management aimed at providing a positive, flexible, and collaborative workplace.
