Salary: $95,000 - $140,000 per year

Why join us?Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test all aspects of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery.
- Apply knowledge of engineering principles to design products such as engines, instruments, controls, robots, machines, etc.
- Conduct product testing and create models and prototypes.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and technicians to design and manufacture high-quality mechanical devices.
- Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of such equipment as centralized heat, gas, water, and steam systems.
- Prepare detailed working diagrams of machinery and mechanical devices, including dimensions, fastening methods, and other engineering information.
- Develop and implement project plans, manage deadlines, and coordinate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct research to inform the design and production of mechanical devices and systems.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Continually update technical knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other engineering design software.
- Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability.
- Ability to interpret specifications, troubleshoot, and create/follow standard operating procedures.
- Proven track record of project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
