Overview of the CFO role:
- The CFO will ensure compliance of all regulatory standards
- Reconcile subledgers
- Oversee an accounting staff of 3-5
- Analyze monthly and quarterly financial data and reports
- Prepare and present financial projections
- Prepare and present budgets for assigned programs
- Assist with other projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications for the CFO:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- 7+ years of nonprofit experience and 2 years supervisory experience
- Grant accounting experience
