Potomac, MarylandDuties:Handle complex transactional work, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and finance for middle-market companies.Collaborate with a team of attorneys on various corporate transactions.Conduct legal research, drafting, and review of transactional documents.Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic advice.Participate in the firm’s associate business development training program to develop and grow a personal practice.Contribute to a collaborative work environment that values teamwork and innovation.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate transactional law.Strong attention to detail with excellent research, legal writing, and communication skills.Desire to work with middle-market businesses and private equity firms on complex transactions.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Licensed to practice law in good standing.Skills:Proficiency in corporate transactional work, including M&A, private equity, and venture capital.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Ability to communicate effectively and engage with clients.Collaborative mindset with a commitment to professional growth and development.
