This role is accountable for development, implementation, and evaluation of workload management strategies to advance the operational success and ensure consistency. They will work closely with senior leaders throughout the organization to ensure theatre workload capacity and execution standards are included in project planning. They will provide guidance and approval for timing of project execution that ensures theatres have capacity to successfully deliver results while maintaining high guest and employee experience standards.

This role will define Cinemark Field Communication standards and processes. They will ensure that knowledge is disseminated throughout the organization. They will manage a group of Communication Specialists who will work directly with business partners throughout the organization to review, edit and distribute field communication.

Workload Planning:Partners, influences, and participates with senior executive management to define and develop strategic options to meet the operational strategies.Drives the development of quality standards, operating policies/procedures, and process improvements for organizational execution readiness, agility, and flexibility.Accountable for delivering quantitatively driven analysis and solutions to support workload requirements.Develop tools (trackers, calendars, status reports/analysis, project planning templates, etc.) that enable management teams to understand workload requirements and potential impact to expense and customer experience objectives.Develop collaborative partnerships with business partners in corporate and field. Provide education and support as needed to help business partners understand the value of effective execution concepts and enabling them to efficiently navigate the process.Partner with the Workforce Management team to define theatre capacity and ensure theatre labor budgets are aligned with workload expectations.Identify and advocate for process changes that will continue to improve interdepartmental collaboration and theatre execution.Remain current on technical and professional developments affecting areas of responsibilityCommunications:Define, develops, and implements standards for field communications, including ownership of communication distribution processes.Collaborate with business partners to ensure communications are relevant, compelling, and easy to understand/act upon.Provide leadership and oversight to the Communication Specialist(s) who review content for accuracy and completeness, effective messaging, adherence to style and timing standards, selection of appropriate distribution vehicle and alignment with company strategy.Develop talent on Communication team to ensure team members are very knowledgeable of theatre and corporate activities and they are able to deliver efficient and effective results.Other duties and projects as assignedWhat You Will Need to Have:Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; or in place of degree 7+ years equivalent work experience8+ years’ experience in Operations Administration in multi-unit retail, restaurant or hospitality industryExpert-level project management experience. PMP preferred.Excellent portfolio of written communications in a variety of formats.
