Job Description:
This Is Voice is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Entry Level Events Assistant to support our events team in organizing and executing company events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and coordination, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role provides excellent learning opportunities for individuals looking to start their careers in event management.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and coordinating company events, including conferences, workshops, product launches, and social gatherings.Help manage event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements.Support event marketing initiatives, including creating promotional materials and managing event registration.Maintain communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure event details are aligned and executed as planned.Assist with on-site event setup, registration, and attendee management.Monitor event budgets and track expenses to ensure financial compliance.Collect and organize post-event feedback to evaluate event success.Assist in the creation of post-event reports and summaries for management review.Perform other administrative tasks related to event coordination as required.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in event planning, marketing, or a related field is a plus.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with event management software is a plus.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary for events.A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.Benefits
