THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS
Responsibilities:
Assist with event planning logistics, including venue coordination, catering arrangements, and vendor communications.Support the events team in creating event timelines, budgets, and detailed action plans.Help manage on-site event setup, registration, and breakdown.Maintain records of event attendance, feedback, and performance for post-event analysis.Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to promote events.Provide administrative support, including answering emails, handling event inquiries, and preparing materials for distribution.Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or event management preferred but not required.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Enthusiasm for event planning and a willingness to learn.Benefits:
