Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Events Assistant. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our event management team by assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in pursuing a career in event planning or hospitality.

Pay Range:

$1050 - $1350 weekly

ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and coordination of events, including researching venues, vendors, and suppliers.Help with the creation and distribution of event materials, such as invitations, programs, and signage.Coordinate logistics for events, including managing guest lists, RSVPs, and dietary requirements.Provide on-site support during events, including setting up and dismantling event spaces, managing registration, and ensuring smooth operations.Assist with vendor and supplier management, including negotiating contracts and coordinating deliveries.Assist in tracking and managing event budgets, including processing invoices and reconciling expenses.Maintain event documents and records, including attendee lists, event evaluations, and post-event reports.Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, communications, or a related field.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to ensure all event logistics are executed flawlessly.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on event needs.Benefits:
