Opusign is seeking an Entry Level Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of events. This role involves assisting with event logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring a smooth event flow from start to finish.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and coordination of various eventsCommunicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure event needs are metHelp manage event logistics such as transportation and accommodationsSupport the registration process for attendees and participantsPrepare event materials such as brochures, signage, and name tagsAssist in setting up event venues and managing on-site activitiesGather feedback from participants post-event for improvement analysisSkills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during eventsA positive attitude and a team-oriented mindsetBenefits
