is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to support our events team in planning and executing a variety of events. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about event management and are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. The Entry Level Events Assistant will help coordinate logistics, manage schedules, and ensure that all event details are executed seamlessly.

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$25.50 - $34.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location:

Atlanta, GA

Responsibilities:Assist in the planning and execution of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and promotional events.Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.Help create and manage event schedules and timelines.Assist in the preparation of event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and coordination.Set up and break down event spaces, including arranging seating, tables, and decorations.Support on-site event management, ensuring everything runs according to plan.Collect and analyze feedback from participants post-event to improve future events.Assist with administrative tasks related to event planning and budgeting.Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for event concepts and themes.Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in event management, hospitality, or related field is a plus.Strong interest in event planning and coordination.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Good verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required for events.Benefits:
