Full-time direct employment with Vitaver Staffing ClientWork Setting:
Hybrid. Onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. (Miami, FL).
Required:•Experience managing the development and support of a high volume / high traffic application (8+ years);•Experience directly managing people and leaders (8+ years);•Experience working with automated testing (5+ years);•Experience managing an agile development team (3+ years);•Experience with .Net;•Experience with C#;•Experience with managing multi-million-dollar budgets across multiple business owners and managing the accounting of spend and forecasts;•Experience with IT operations (support and project processes as well as common issues);•Experience working in an eCommerce environment and involvement in gathering requirements and delivering high-level technical features for the business;•Experience with Organizational Change Management as it relates to IT projects and processes;•Experience with the RFP process, vendor contracts, and vendor management;•Experience delivering compliant and secure applications (i.e. ADA, PII, PCI, etc.);•Experience creating IT strategies and creative problem-solving;•Experience with Agile development practices as well as software development practices;•PMP or Agile certifications;•BA or BS degree in Computer Science or related field
