Job Summary:

The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of all computers, networking, and storage systems at Strike. The Infrastructure Engineer will provide top level technical support for the definition, development, and integration of service delivery.

Primary Job Function:Recognize and identify potential areas where existing process and procedures require change to improve service delivery.Expertly understand and apply advance system administration, management and performance tuning techniques.Act as lead and direct internal and external resources in support of optimization of infrastructure services.Function as technical liaison for Infrastructure related project activities.Provide mentoring to fellow engineers, administrators, and others.Responsibly communicate all system performance degradation to management in a timely manner.Develop and maintain technical documentation for the systems environment.Maintain strict change control of the systems infrastructure.Provide other technical services as necessary for the successful completion of projects.Perform other incidental and related duties commensurate with this type of position.Experience:

Minimum 5 years equivalent experience supporting Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange in an operations/production environment.Microsoft Certification and experience with Microsoft products including but not limited to: Azure, Azure Stack HCI, Intune and Office 365.Experience managing enterprise data protection systems such as Veeam and Data Domain.Experience in responding to IT Audits.Experience in designing systems and security strategies.Extensive understanding of Entra ID/Active Directory and the latest features up through Server 2022 and vNext.Experience in a SAN or NAS based environments including HPE Nimble and Dell EMC VNX.Experience with Dell and Cisco UCS hardware preferred.Understanding of network topologies.Experience with load balancers.Experience with enterprise email security strategies and conceptsExperience with Root cause analysis and maintaining a knowledge base.Education/Training:

Bachelor's degree or 5 years of progressive experience preferred.Certification with ITIL principals and frameworks.Microsoft Certifications.Network Certifications (CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, etc.).Competencies:

Display strong inter-personal, verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work well with both peers, contractors and customers under pressure and deadlines.Display strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines with little to no supervision.Create and maintain best practices, governance and knowledge management.Demonstrated experience with superior judgment, problem resolution, cross team collaboration and the ability to work under critical deadline pressure.In-depth understanding of current Microsoft and other enterprise infrastructure technologies.Deep understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP networking management.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Acts as a key contributor in complex and critical environments.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.Highly self-motivated and directed.Keen attention to detail.Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products.Strong customer service.Ability to identify and solve problems quickly and completely - able to network efficiently to source subject matter experts as needed.Excellent organizational skills - proficient in managing multiple priorities.Makes operational and strategic decisions based on varied inter-departmental sources and applies organizational consensus to solve problems.Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.Routinely seeks/uses expertise to translate external research into new approaches.Physical Demands:

Regularly required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Other Criteria:
