After Sales Trainer will need to facilitate service drive process training in-dealerships along with coaching individual employees on the proper customer treatment.The after sales trainer will be responsible for performance improvement for dealership service professionals with a focus on Customer Promoter Score and Service Advocacy.The trainer is a primary liaison between the corporation and dealership personnel.They manage their own logistics and market for their training sessions.They are Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) helping to develop and deliver our courseware.They answer strategic corporate initiatives and drive that message to the retail side.Support our corporation through their voice and actions at the retail level.Deliver training to Service Advisors and Service Managers at dealerships.Retail Liaison between corporate and dealership.Submit schedules, rosters, activity reports, and expense reports according to performance standards.Ensure dealer certification results.Qualifications

Minimum 5 years dealership service or OEM experience.Minimum 10 years of service training and/or fixed operations training.Ability to effectively facilitate in-dealership training in front of large and small groups.Must be able to knowledgeably handle questions, direct participant activities, and maintain a high energy learning environment for adult participants.Must be able to communicate effectively to all dealership personnel.Must possess strong administrative and time management skills.Must be self-directed, motivated, and enthusiastic.Audi experience preferred.Logistics and Working Conditions
