Overview:

A leading manufacturing and packaging company with an annual revenue of $800M is seeking a Benefits and Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the administration of payroll and employee benefits, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process payroll for a diverse workforce in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Administer company benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee compensation, benefits, and other HR-related data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address payroll and benefits-related inquiries.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting for payroll and benefits compliance.
  • Support audits, reconciliations, and other financial reporting related to payroll and benefits.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and benefits compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems. Paycom experience is a plus!
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
