Overview:
A leading manufacturing and packaging company with an annual revenue of $800M is seeking a Benefits and Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the administration of payroll and employee benefits, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process payroll for a diverse workforce in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Administer company benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee compensation, benefits, and other HR-related data.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to address payroll and benefits-related inquiries.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting for payroll and benefits compliance.
- Support audits, reconciliations, and other financial reporting related to payroll and benefits.
- Proven experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and benefits compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems. Paycom experience is a plus!
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
