Job Title: Lead Salesforce Developer Location: The Woodlands, Texas/ Greater Houston area Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire (with potential for conversion to full-time employment after 6 months) Work Schedule: 12 PM to 9 PM CST, 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday), remote on Fridays Essential Skills: Minimum of 6-9 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer Strong proficiency in Sales Cloud development, including configuration, customization, and integration Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively with offshore development teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with Agile development methodologies Desirable Skills: Experience with Marketing Cloud development Knowledge of Salesforce Experience (Community) Cloud Familiarity with Real Estate and Construction industry domains Job Description: As a Lead Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Salesforce implementation and ongoing maintenance. You will be responsible for leading a team of offshore developers, designing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions, and ensuring the highest quality of deliverables. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of offshore Salesforce developers Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce customizations and integrations Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards Provide technical guidance and support to the Salesforce team Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues Participate in Agile development ceremonies (e.g., planning, grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Minimum of 6-9 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer Strong proficiency in Sales Cloud development Experience leading and collaborating with offshore teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills If you are a passionate and experienced Salesforce Developer looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
