Overview:
Perform a wide range of administrative and procurement functions to support the various divisions within Facilities Planning and Management.The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $44,000.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support for Facilities Planning & Management. Includes, entering requisitions for purchase orders and change orders in Cardinal Financials.Provide quarterly budget reports to department managers.Process the receiving of goods and services in Cardinal Financials for all good and services as they are received.Review and process invoices received for all Facilities goods and services as it relates to operating budgets.Save a PDF copy of all original documents to the appropriate file on the FAS/FMO shared network drives.Code all FMO P-card purchases in procurements Enterprise system and attach receipts.Liaison for FMO uniform program.General office duties, including but not limited to answering phones, reviewing work requests, issue and receive keys, assist with contractor sign in, sorting and distributing incoming mail, faxing, copying, filing, monitor and order office supplies.Qualifications:A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.1-2 years administrative experience.Excellent organizational, planning and analytical skills with ability to prioritize workloads and anticipate needs.Requires extensive working knowledge of departments practices and procedures.Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.Requires a thorough working knowledge of computer applications including MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.Must have working knowledge of PeopleSoft applications or have the willingness and ability to learn within 3 months of hire.
