NJDOE IT needs to distribute End of Life (EOL) equipment that was delayed due to the Covid pandemic. Laptops & peripherals must be deployed to align with EOL policies. We require two additional staff members for inventorymanagement and distribution.
Note: This role requires the resource to be onsite 5 days / week. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm, which includes a 30 minute lunch break
Note2: This is a temporary role to help IT to migrate end of life hardware to new hardware. There will probably not be an extension.
Job duties and responsibilities include:Hardware inventory managementEquipment imagingSoftware installationRollout equipmentUser migrationHardware/software troubleshooting and maintenanceOther duties as assigned by supervisorKnowledge of PC/Laptop hardware, MFD (Xerox preferably), Windows 10/11 OS, Microsoft Office suite desktop applications, MS365 web applications, SCCM imaging technologies, communication skills.RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 3-4 yrs.
