Are you a skilled Network and Systems Administrator with a passion for maintaining cutting-edge technology in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and help us ensure seamless communication, efficient data flow, and optimal system performance across our diverse operational needs.As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will:Design, Implement, and Maintain Network Infrastructure:

Install and configure hardware components like servers, network switches, and patch panels.Ensure seamless integration of these components for optimal network performance.Manage network cabling and structured cabling solutions to support reliable connectivity and future scalability.Oversee power distribution units (PDUs) and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) to ensure continuous operation and prevent downtime.

Administer Systems and Security:

Maintain servers, storage systems, and virtualization platforms supporting various manufacturing processes.Implement and manage Active Directory services, user accounts, and group policies.Perform regular system updates, backups, and security protocols to safeguard data integrity and protect against cyber threats.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to network and system security.

Collaborate and Support:

Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide technical solutions.Offer technical support and troubleshooting for network connectivity, system performance, and application issues.Document network configurations and system architecture to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Table:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 6+ years of experience.Proven experience in network engineering, systems administration, or a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or MCSE are desirable.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in network protocols and technologies (DNS, SMTP, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs) and equipment (Aruba, Cisco, HPE).Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, server administration, and virtualization platforms (VMware).Experience with security solutions, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and Microsoft Active Directory.
