Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations by providing clerical, administrative, and project-based assistance. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.Maintain office supplies by tracking inventory and ordering necessary items.Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management.Coordinate and facilitate internal communication between departments.Assist with event planning, including setting up meeting rooms and organizing company-wide events.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Other duties as assigned by management.Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other office management software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Professional attitude and appearance.
