IT Support Technician (seasonal to permanent)

We are seeking a skilled IT Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, including PCs, APs, Wi-Fi networks, routers, cameras, Windows, imaging, and Mac systems. This is a 4 month project that could lead to permanent hire based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues related to PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.Configure, install, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.Design, implement, and maintain network cabling and connectivity.Configure and troubleshoot IP cameras and surveillance systems.Perform system imaging and deployment.Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions.Assist with IT projects and initiatives.Provide excellent customer service to end-users.Stay up-to-date on the latest IT technologies and trends.Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.Minimum of [number] years of experience in IT support or network administration.Strong knowledge of PC hardware and software, including Windows operating systems.Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.Understanding of IP camera systems and network video recording.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.Empathy and a customer-focused approach.Preferred Qualifications:

Salary Description
