Access Intelligence is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

IT Support Analyst

to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential IT support to a company of 200 employees. Along with handling general IT helpdesk tasks, you will assist with office telecom systems and video conferencing tools. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and develop their technical skills in a dynamic environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:IT Tier 1 Support:Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets related to hardware, software, and network issues.Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment.Assist with setting up new workstations, user accounts, and managing access permissions.Office Support:Help with telecom systems, including VoIP phones and mobile devices.Work with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve telecom issues as needed.Maintaining office equipment, ie. Copiers, desktop computers, etc.Onboarding and offboarding supportVideo Conferencing Support:Set up and maintain video conferencing equipment in meeting rooms.Assist employees with video meeting setup and troubleshooting to ensure smooth virtual meetings.System Maintenance:Assist with managing and maintaining hardware and software inventory.Perform routine updates and maintenance on office systems, ensuring software is up-to-date.Documentation & Training:Help create and update IT support documentation for employees.Conduct basic training sessions to help employees with common IT tools and troubleshooting techniques.JOB REQUIREMENTS:BA in Computer ScienceBasic understanding of IT support tasks and computer systems.Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Windows/Mac operating systems, and general troubleshooting.Experience with video conferencing platforms like Zoom or Microsoft Teams and telecom systems (e.g., VoIP).Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in a simple, clear way.Enthusiastic and proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.Previous experience in IT support is a plus but not required.About AIOur People Are Our StrengthAt Access Intelligence, we create exceptional experiences that ignite connection and commerce.
