IT Desktop Support Specialist - Scientific Company
Direct Hire - Onsite
San Diego, CA 36-40/hr
Talentry is looking for an IT support specialist for a San Diego Clinical/Analytical Sciences company. This is a ground-floor opportunity for a quickly growing company. This is a hands-on support role to assist with our growth - and optimal day-to-day functioning.
Use excellent customer service skills to provide Tier I/II IT support, a mix of deskside and helpdesk/remote support using our client's in-house systems.
Support MS OSs and related software, including Office365, Exchange, Azure, as well as the ability to maintain the SharePoint environment and work on projects in support of IT and Operations. Provide user configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Assist with peripherals, connectivity, virtualization, and other related IT functions. He or she will support mobile, AV, laptops, PC, VoIP, peripherals, etc.
Requirements •4+ yrs. providing IT support services, both deskside and remote/phone support, in a corporate environment. •Experience working in an FDA-regulated science or clinical environment is a plus. •Strong experience supporting MS Operating system, MS Office365, Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, One-Drive, Exchange, and typical MS corporate software and systems. •Excellent customer-service & communication skills. •Proactive candidate needed - able to organize and document processes to facilitate our growth. •36-40/hr.
