Compensation: $65,270 - $127,337 (Based on Experience) Summary: We are looking for an ERP Applications Analyst with at least three years of experience working with Workday, Ceridian Dayforce, or other ERP applications. Asan Applications Analyst - ERP, you will be a key participant in our Workday ERP implementation and responsible for our existing Human Resources Information Systems and other related systems, including the interfacing HR and financial applications. In this role you, will provide guidance and recommendations to management regarding system requirements based on business needs, available resources, and change management best practices. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver technical support and direction to GLWA team members on the operations and maintenance of the human resources data systems. To be a successful candidate, you must be willing to learn a variety of applications and be able to solve technical issues. Job Responsibilities: Provide support for new and existing applications/interfaces/integrations and identify and resolve issues for end-users with varying computing skills. Collaborate with business users to review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing applications and systems. Develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these applications and systems by preparing business process maps/illustrations, presenting recommendations to IT Leadership and user groups, and clarifying functional requirements. Lead and perform tests for existing and new applications, including assisting with user acceptance testing. Deliver training to end-users. Act as a liaison between IT, end-users, and project team members, employing knowledge of both HR processes and ERP systems capabilities Document and track customer challenges in our ticket management software, resolve customer requests, contact customers to clarify recommendations, and ensure all necessary information is obtained and communicated promptly. Facilitate meetings, including preparation of meaningful and action-oriented meeting agendas. Configuration schema for Human Resource Information Systems (ERP) such as Ceridian Dayforce, Workday, Cornerstone's Learning Management System, etc. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system integrations Software/System Development Lifecycle and Agile development methodologies Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or an equivalent combination of skills, experience, and education Three (3) years of ERP experience A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a significant contributor on complex projects Ability to acquire and maintain a certification (e.g., Human Resources Information Program, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, Project Management Professional, Association of Change Management Professionals) within two (2) years of hire Other Requirements: A valid Driver's License and the ability to drive a motor vehicle on all terrains Benefits Comprehensive benefits package effective 30 days after employment, including health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, 401k, and team member discount programs.
