In this role, you have the opportunity to use your organizational skills and administrative experience to make a meaningful difference in your community and help change lives across Riverside and San Bernardino counties. The IEHP Administrative Assistant plays an integral role on the team and supports the entire agency by assisting with clients, keeping files up to date, and assisting Case Managers. This position reports directly to the program manager and works closely with the Lead IEHP Administrative and the rest of the desert team.Responsibilities:Assist with making and maintaining client filesAnswering phone calls and assist clientsFacilitate conversations with IEHP when questions ariseDaily support of all IEHP staff members including staff and off-site meetingsEnter data into ETOi within 48 working hours of receiving dataRespond to staff and client needsSupport IEHP Case ManagersWork independentlyMail out correspondenceOther duties as assignedThis position will interact with clients and maintain confidentiality of clients on a consistent basisSkills/Experience/Abilities That Are a Must-Have:Demonstrate quality interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrate ability to keep all spreadsheets up to dateAbility to relate to a diversity of individuals and their needs as they apply to homelessnessAbility to proficiently use Word, Outlook, and ExcelAbility to write clear, concise e-mailsMaintain valid California drivers license and insuranceSkills/Abilities Wed Like You to Have:

Ability to apply common sense when carrying out instructions or when making logical decisionsAbility to deal with problems involving mathematical variables
