Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices, ensuring accuracy and correct coding.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and process payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain accurate records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to verify and ensure proper financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and government regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar roles.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Experience in the education or non-profit sector is a plus.
