Role Responsibilities - Accounts Payable Manager

• Manage a team made up of an AP Supervisor and AP Clerks
• Ensure payments get sent out accurately and timely
• Manage internal customer relationships (including business partners and vendors)
• Manage AP Mailbox, vendor setups, invoices and disbursements, vendor reconciliations and analysis
• Reconcile and track and PO process and resolve variances
• Develop, coach, and mentor the team to provide learning and development opportunities for professional growth and cross-training

Preferred Experience- Accounts Payable Manager

• 4+ years of managerial experience
• BA Degree preferred
• Oracle experience (or a similar software) is a huge plus
