Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their finance team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing incoming payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely collections. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and ensure timely collections as the Accounts Receivable Specialist
• Reconcile daily cash receipts and prepare deposit slips.
• Generate and send invoices to clients, following up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and disputes.

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
