Apply now to help shape the future of our city!The Planning GIS Specialist I/II is directly responsible for performing technical duties related to maintaining and updating the GIS systems within the Planning & Development Services department. This role will primarily work with Planners to support planning projects, development activities, and other planning related services that require technical capabilities with GIS software utilization for data management, mapping, analysis, and reporting.Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.Duties+ Performs computer-aided mapping and design.
