Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement testing procedures for aerospace products.
- Conduct integration, unit, and system testing to validate product performance and reliability.
- Use CAD, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD to create and modify designs for testing procedures.
- Collaborate with the product development team to understand product objectives and specifications.
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot electrical issues in aerospace systems.
- Create and interpret hydraulic schematics for aerospace products.
- Ensure all testing procedures and products adhere to ISO standards.
- Document and report on testing procedures, findings, and product performance.
- Work closely with the engineering team to implement product improvements based on testing results.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in aerospace engineering and testing technology.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the aerospace industry.
- Proficiency in CAD, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
- Experience in new product development and testing.
- Strong knowledge of integration testing, unit testing, and system testing.
- Experience in electrical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with hydraulic schematics.
- In-depth understanding of ISO standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
