Job Duties:Drive adoption of WCAG AA standards and any applicable government standards through Hyatt's development and design processSolutioning with Designers and Developers how to minimally adjust their work (visual design / code) to ensure a compliant accessible experience.Coordinate with 3rd parties to ensure secondary compliance and usability.Conducts design level, code level and screen reader based digital accessibility audits and provides guidance to designers and developers.Provide tactical guidance to novice teams on remediations and screen reader testingCreate and maintain accessibility health measures.Qualifications:

Strong emotional intelligence and deep empathyPassionate about disability advocacy7+ years in accessibility and advocacyExperience with assistive technologies (e.g., NVDA, JAWS, Voiceover, Talkback, & Dragon) and testing tools (e.g., axe, PAC3, & CCA)Strong leadership and mentoring skills3+ years in program management, project managementEDUCATION:•Bachelor's degree required•IAAP certification (CPACC, WAS, etc)•DHS v5 Trusted Tester certification•PMP certification
