Starting salary range: $70,000 - 100,000 depending on experience.

Overview:
As an Integration Project Manager for MERRILL: A Keel Company, you will be responsible for managing internal and external assembly and integration activities in coordination with the manufacturing and quality teams. You will organize, coordinate, and monitor assembly and integration processses at the discretion of the company schedule, and will collect and generate any and all necessary reports and documentation for assigned integration projects.
Job Functions:
Responsible for developing manufacturing methods and processes, writing operation sheets for products or tools, troubleshooting manufacturing problems, reviewing drawings and designs during the development phase, and/or preparing time studies and estimates for project planning, among other diverse duties.Investigates, establishes, and implements requirements for equipment, tooling, materials, or methods of manufacturing.Attends kick-off meetings and coordinates with APEX during the planning and launch phase of new integration projects.Responsible for developing execution budgets and accountable for successful completion to planned budgets.Manages and communicates resource needs on a project basis.Holds/attends key informational and follow-up meetings to keep all projects on time and within the planned budget.Coordinates effective launch plan and timeline to successfully complete all integration responsibilities.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceSix or more years of experience in integration and design, product launch, supplier development, inspection, and continuous improvement.Must be able to develop manufacturing plans and utilize PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, lean manufacturing, or similar.Proven cost reduction and quality improvement experience.Necessary professional skills include fixture design, product gauge design (strong GD&T background is especially important), cycle time reduction, manufacturing statistics such as Cp, Cpk, Ppk, SPC, et cetera), metallurgy, casting process, material removal process, inspection, and quality.Must have familiarity with tooling selection, root cause analysis, manufacturing trouble shooting and preventative maintenance, cycle time and manufacturing efficiency calculations, and supplier development.Must be able to read and comprehend blueprints.Well-qualified candidates will possess strong communication skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, be confident, motivated, trustworthy, and a team player.Should be able to write plans and reports, and manage deadlines and multiple ongoing assignments concurrently.
