We are collaborating with a respected law firm in Tennessee to conduct a selective search for an Intellectual Property Partner to enhance their practice. A Bachelor of Science in Engineering is a plus. Candidates must have a book of business and will enjoy competitive compensation along with an excellent work-life balance.

Desired Background for Intellectual Property Attorney:
- 5 years of experience in intellectual property law
- Experience managing support staff and attorneys
- Proficient in conducting discovery, taking depositions, and drafting briefs related to patents
- USPTO eligible; admission to the Patent and Trademark Office is a plus
- A Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is advantageous
