What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Lead all acquisition activities, including sourcing, deal execution, and integration effortsManage transaction processes, including due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiationsCollaborate with the transformation team to ensure successful integration post-acquisitionConduct market research to identify industry trends and potential growth areasCoordinate with senior management and stakeholders to align corporate and business strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):At least 10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equityBackground in technology services or software; experience in the legal industry is a plusProven experience leading and managing in-house transactionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills for evaluating complex business scenariosExceptional communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to various audiences
