Position: Director of Executive Development & Organizational CultureLocation: South Brunswick, NJ (Hybrid)Join Our TeamWe are seeking an accomplished Director of Executive Development & Organizational Culture to lead our global initiatives in executive growth and cultural transformation. In this role, you’ll report to the Global Head of Talent & Organizational Effectiveness and be instrumental in driving executive development programs, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies that align with our business vision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the senior leadership pipeline and elevate a high-performance, inclusive culture across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Executive Development:
Design and implement global leadership programs that align with business goals, developing senior leaders through tailored learning experiences, assessments, and coaching.Drive Succession Planning:
Support talent and succession planning processes, ensuring a strong pipeline of high-potential leaders for critical roles.Shape Culture & Engagement:
Lead culture transformation initiatives and employee engagement programs that promote inclusivity, innovation, and alignment with company values.Provide Coaching & Mentorship:
Offer one-on-one coaching to executives and establish an internal coaching framework to develop HR teams' capabilities.Utilize Data-Driven Insights:
Leverage talent analytics to inform development strategies and create action plans for organizational growth.What We’re Looking ForLeadership Experience:
10+ years in executive development, with a proven track record of scaling impactful leadership programs.HR Expertise:
6-8 years in HR, focusing on Talent Development and Organizational Culture.Talent & Succession Planning:
5+ years in driving talent and succession strategies.Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.Cultural Sensitivity:
Experience in global organizations, with the ability to lead across diverse cultural landscapes.Coaching & Assessment Certification:
