Your Role at Delta Faucet

As the

Regional Sales Director , you will be accountable for driving trade channel segment strategies and managing key customer accounts within your geographical territory. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, you will collaborate with sales agency principals, sales specialists, national sales managers, business development teams, and key customer accounts to achieve regional sales goals. You will oversee a network of multiple manufacturing rep agencies and will be instrumental in advancing the company’s overall vision and strategy through breakthrough performance.

We are currently recruiting for three Director roles across key regions: the

Southwest ,

South , and

Midwest . For the

Southwest

region, we are prioritizing candidates based in the

Los Angeles area , while the

South

role is best suited for someone located in

Dallas . For the

Midwest

position, we are focusing on candidates in the

Indianapolis area . Each of these roles will play a critical part in driving regional sales strategy, managing key accounts, and advancing our market presence in their respective territories.

Responsibilities

Agency Partnership Leadership:

Lead and nurture primary partnerships with agency principals and representatives within your region, focusing on relationship development and agency growth.

Strategy Execution:

Implement segment strategies and achieve shared goals set by the Trade VP and Trade Leadership Team.

Capability Improvement:

Enhance key capabilities and establish metrics for agency development, sustainability, and growth.

Revenue Growth:

Drive incremental revenue growth and segment share gains within your territory while effectively managing budgeted investments.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, influencers (builders, contractors, showrooms), and customer/agency programs across the region.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work with peer groups across trade, including Sales Enablement, Marketing, Business Development, and the Luxury team to drive incremental growth.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field required.

Experience:

Extensive experience in sales management, preferably within the plumbing or building materials industry.

Market Knowledge:

Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, customer base, competitors, and trade segments.

Leadership Skills:

Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams.

Relationship Management:

Strong people skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with key trade customers.

Strategic Thinking:

Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with business objectives.

Business Insight:

Thought leadership in customer management, forecasting and data analysis, change management, marketing and team development.

Communication Skills:

Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and with external partners and customers.

Other Considerations:

Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel approximately 50% as needed.

Hiring Range: $114,800.00 - $180,400.00

Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
