Managers will do 2nd interview**All nurses going to below units will be required to complete 15 minute proctored exam to assess basic EKG competency during orientation at the hospital.- Unit: Acute Rehab- # beds: 20 beds- Certs: ACLS, BLS- Ratios: 1 to 5- EMR: Cerner- Charge Nurse: Yes but they do not take an assignment- Nurse Aides/Rehab aides: yes - 2 on day or nights, they try to staff two on the weekends- Weekend Requirement: every other- Holidays: they would get worked in with the perm staff rotation- Scrub Color: navy- Tele: phillips - monitored on MS tele unit, not required to read strips- Vents: trachs- Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: Yes- IV Team: No- RT 24/7: Yes- Pharmacy 24/7: Yes- Shifts: 12 hr shifts, 7-7- Floor specific orientation: 2-3 shifts- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: stroke, brain injury, a little ortho, TBI's, spinal cord injuries- Additional Notes: candidates must have 2 years experience in medsurg or rehab, travel experience is preferred, candidates also need experience with trachs and feeding tubesUnited Staffing Solutions Job ID #785109.
