Computer Support Specialist

We are looking for Computer Support Specialists to assist at an office in Albany, NY.Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.We have Full-time and Part-time shifts available. M-F 9:00 am - 5:00 pmJob Duties:Assist with the program functions including:Providing analysis of dataCreate and maintain data dictionariesRun and maintain data pipeline processesMap existing databases and perform routine database maintenance as specifically directedProvide various aspects of general computer supportProvide training and support for staff, providers and consumersMinimum Qualifications:High school Diploma (or equivalent)Two-year Minimum experience working in a professional IT based settingExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, SharePoint, and Access)The ability to enter data into, and extract data from, electronic databasesThe ability to work independently and on a teamThe ability to handle multiple shifting prioritiesPreferred Qualifications:Certification in Microsoft Office productsExperience creating and maintaining databases and mapping existing databasesExperience in SQL, Python, R or Tableau.
