Computer Support Specialist (On-site)

Our client is dedicated to providing exceptional support in their field and is seeking a motivated Computer Support Specialist to join their dynamic team.Analyzing data to support program functions.Creating and maintaining data dictionaries.Running and maintaining data pipeline processes.Mapping existing databases and performing routine database maintenance as directed.Providing general computer support to staff, providers, and consumers.Delivering training and support for team members.Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma (or equivalent).Minimum of two years of experience in a professional IT setting.Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, SharePoint, and Access.Ability to enter data into and extract data from electronic databases.Capacity to work independently and collaboratively with diverse personalities.Strong ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities.Effective interpersonal skills for communication with internal and external stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Microsoft Office products.Experience creating and maintaining databases and mapping existing databases.Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or Tableau.Benefits:
