Position: Sales Force Lead Location: Vancouver, WA (Onsite) Duration: Contract Sales Force Lead Ranking Order: 1. Salesforce Sales Cloud - 5 years 2. Salesforce Service Cloud - 3 years 3. Commerce Cloud 4. Marketing Cloud 5. Extensive experience in integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud with other systems and applications using web services, APIs, ETL tools, middleware, or custom code Must Have: 1. Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels 2. Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions 3. Proactive attitude to platform enhancements including review of existing records. 4. Desire to implement best practice solutions 5. Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules). All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups. 6. Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports 7. Lead development teams, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and oversight throughout the development lifecycle. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes. 17. Oversee the integration of Salesforce Sales Cloud with other internal and external systems and applications, ensuring adequate data flow, interoperability, and alignment with program requirements. 18. Develop and implement integration strategies, API management, and data mapping 19.
