Job Title: Respiratory Therapist Job Specialty: RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) Guaranteed Hours: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 Years License: Pending Licenses Accepted Certifications: BCLS, RRT Must-Have: NICU and/or PICU Experience Job Description: - Work in a Children's Acute Care Hospital environment. - Provide respiratory care to neonates, infants, and pediatric patients. - Engage with Level 1 trauma facility for emergency and critical care situations. - Ensure proper charting using the EPIC system. - Participate in orientation comprising 40 hours. - Weekly and holiday scheduling requires work every other weekend and 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day). - Opportunity to float within the hospital as needed, but clinician will not float outside of the facility. - Must adhere to compliance deadlines and provide required documentation as needed. - Requires facial hair compliance for fit testing; staff may need to shave to meet standards. - Modules to be completed pre-start through designated platforms. - Background check policy applies, with certain restrictions in place. Seeking travelers interested in potential longer contracts beyond 13 weeks, with options for 36 or 48 hours per week.
