IT Support Specialist

DonorConnect is looking for a full-time IT Support Specialist to add to our team. This position is perfect if you are a natural problem solver, with a solid background in helpdesk or desktop support. Working as an IT Specialist for DonorConnect will give you the opportunity to do lots of different things. You will assist our Manager of Information Systems with the day-to-day operations of our IS program. You will be the go-to for any first level IT support issues including hardware and software troubleshooting, fixing network issues, operating system errors, printing, and account access issues. You will install software and hardware as necessary, help move and change computer workstations, printers, phones, conference rooms and other peripheral devices. You will maintain our data backup and recovery operations, analyze logs and identify potential issues. As the IT Specialist you document, track, and monitor our problem resolution process and ensure that user requests are completed accurately and on time. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Training/Education/Certification:Associate's degree preferred and/or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experienceExperience Required:

1-2 years of experience in a similar positionKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnelAbility to learn and support new systems and applicationsSkill in organizing resources and establishing prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSupport on operating systems Windows 10-11, Windows Server 2012-2022Support on a wide range of applications, including Office 365 and Microsoft OfficeSupport for various phone and voice applicationsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to move up to 10 pounds at times with or without reasonable accommodationAbility to reason logically and make sound decisions, to consider alternative and diverse perspectives, to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
