We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and dynamic HR Coordinator for our Manufacturing Industry. This role will be HYBRID, offering the flexibility to work on-site and remotely. As an HR Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our HR team, responsible for supporting our human resources department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment where you can make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of employee onboarding, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires are properly integrated into the company.
  2. Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  3. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, organizing resumes, scheduling interviews, and handling the employment application process.
  4. Handle HR administration tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing employee benefits, and managing timesheets.
  5. Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
  6. Collaborate with HR staff to monitor, review, and update all HR policies and ensure they adhere to legal standards.
  7. Coordinate employee performance review processes and improvement plans.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
  9. Foster positive employee relations and work to solve any employee issues that surface or are brought to your attention.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role in the Manufacturing industry.
  3. Solid understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
  4. Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  8. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  9. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  10. Proven experience in employee onboarding and training.
  11. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
