Salary: $100,000 - $300,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Manage case strategy and litigation.
- Coordinate competing deadlines and communicate with varied stakeholders.
- Argue cases and take hearings before a court of law.
- Conduct detailed and varied legal research, and advise clients of probable outcomes.
- Be highly responsive to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare for mediations, trials, depositions, hearings, and negotiations.
- Manage your team of paralegals and support staff.
- Bill at least 1500 hours annually, and meet other productivity targets as assigned.
- Manage high volumes of tasks and projects.
- React with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround.
Qualifications
- 1.5+ years’ experience in Family Law litigation in Washington State.
- Washington Bar admission in good standing.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with the Clio practice management ecosystem.
- Experience managing a high volume of requests and competing deadlines.
- Strong desire and aptitude for process improvements.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience collaborating with a decentralized organization on Microsoft Teams.
