This is a permanent role that will be integral in supporting our legal operations within the medical industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling real estate transactions, managing legal entities, corporations, LLCs, real property, buy sell agreements, M&A, and estate planning. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. Responsibilities:1. Support the legal team in managing real estate transactions, including the preparation of contracts, leases, and deeds.2. Oversee the formation, management, and dissolution of legal entities such as corporations and LLCs.3. Assist in managing real property matters, including title reviews and property due diligence.4. Prepare and review buy sell agreements, ensuring all legal requirements are met and the interests of the company are protected.5. Participate in M&A activities, including due diligence, contract review, and post-closing integration.6. Assist in estate planning activities, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and estate tax returns.7. Liaise with external counsel and manage the legal documentation and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner.8. Conduct legal research and provide advice on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues impacting the company.9. Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all legal documents.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal2. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field. Paralegal certification is a plus.3. Extensive experience with real estate transactions, legal entities, corporations, LLCs, real property, buy sell agreements, M&A, and estate planning.4. Strong knowledge of corporate law and legal procedures.5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.7. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.8. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.9.
