Analyze financial results regularly, identifying budget variances, and assisting in the implementation of cost-cutting initiatives. Coordinate information required for external audits and serve as a primary internal contact during audit fieldwork. Support the month and year-end close process. Monitor trends and develop assumptions on operational and financial data. Manage customer credit terms and monitor credit risk exposure.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3-5 years of progressive financial experience, including exposure to manufacturing. - CPA is preferred but not required. Financial and operations analysis skills, financial modeling, and the ability to turn data into business intelligence in a fast-paced environment. Budgeting and financial management skills, with the ability to create budgets and analyze results. General accounting skills and working knowledge of GAAP. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office. Advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and formulas. Exposure to ERP or similar business systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize financial issues for communication to a non-financial audience.Interested in hearing more?
