GIS Analyst

Insight Global is currently seeking a GIS Analyst for a 6 month contract to hire opportunity supporting a large food and beverage service company. This individual will be joining the development organization and primarily be responsible for symbolizing, detailing, labeling, and publishing maps online. They will also be scripting and coding in python to pull in templates for creating full maps, creating new templates, speeding up processes (such as calculating drive times for pizza deliveries). Tools that this GIS analyst should be proficient in is ArcMap, ESRI Pro, and ArcPy.

Required Skills & Experience •2+ years of professional working experience as a GIS analyst or with GIS systems •Professional experience working in ESRI Pro software (symbolizing, digitizing, and creating full maps) •Professional working experience with ArcPy Coding and scripting in Python
Nice to Have Skills & Experience •QSR industry knowledge •Professional working experience with a background in development Bachelor's degree in GIS (Geographic Information Systems), Geography, Computer Science, or related
