Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting various events from conception to execution. This position offers a wonderful opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the events industry, as you will gain hands-on experience in event planning, coordination, and management. You will work closely with senior event planners and contribute to the creation of memorable experiences for our clients and guests. Your role will be multifaceted, involving tasks such as researching venues, coordinating logistics, and assisting with marketing efforts.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and audio-visual setup for events.Help with marketing initiatives, including creating promotional materials and managing social media campaigns.Research and compile information on potential vendors and venues to provide options for event planners.Support event registration processes and maintain accurate attendee lists.Assist in developing event budgets and track expenses to ensure financial goals are met.Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly and assist with troubleshooting any issues.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.A genuine interest in the events industry and willingness to learn and grow.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with social media platforms.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.Benefits
