Recruiting Coordinator/Assistant

The Recruiting Coordinator/Assistant will play a key role in managing the recruitment process, ensuring that it runs smoothly from candidate sourcing to onboarding. The successful candidate will assist with scheduling, conducting, and supporting interviews, as well as manage communications with applicants. In addition to recruitment tasks, this role will involve data entry, payroll support, and greeting candidates upon arrival.
Responsibilities:- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers- Assist with interviews, including conducting initial phone screenings- Facilitate the interview process by preparing materials, greeting candidates, and ensuring smooth communication- Enter and maintain accurate data in the company's HR systems and databases- Source and qualify candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms- Make and answer calls, respond to text messages, and manage email correspondence with candidates and internal teams- Greet candidates and visitors when they arrive for interviews- Provide support with payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely submission of hours worked- Maintain and organize recruitment documentation, including offer letters and applicant records- Assist with any additional HR and administrative tasks as needed
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
